• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with conditions such as stroke, seizures, post-op neuro/spinal surgeries, trauma, DKA, renal failure, and general post-operative care
• Conduct comprehensive neuro assessments and manage complex post-surgical patients
• Oversee drain, chest tube, and groin site management following interventional radiology procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to other nursing units as required to support hospital staffing needs
• Document all patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and dress code (navy scrubs)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be submitted with application)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in high-acuity Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Proficiency in neuro assessments, critical thinking, drain management, post-surgical care, chest tube management, and groin site care post-interventional radiology
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not eligible)
