• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to Assisted Living residents
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health, document changes, and communicate promptly with physicians and families
• Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and interdisciplinary teams to create and follow individualized care plans
• Mentor and support care staff to maintain consistent, high-quality care
• Foster a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where residents thrive

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
