RN – Med​/Surg Flex

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Direct Hire Compensation

• ASN: $28 – $47/hour
• BSN: $30 – $49/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: May be available

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with acute care experience to join a Med/Surg Flex Team
. This role supports Medical‑Surgical units and Inpatient Rehabilitation
, caring for patients with varying acuity levels.

Flex RNs provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care while floating between assigned units on the same campus. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy variety, professional growth, and a collaborative inpatient environment.

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing care
• Float between Med‑Surg and Inpatient Rehab units as assigned
• Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document care in compliance with clinical standards
• Uphold ethical nursing practice and patient advocacy

• Diploma in Nursing,
  ASN or BSN required
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Acute care RN experience required for consideration
• Additional certifications may be required depending on assignment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
