Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience
- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
- 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
- Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Additional Details
A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
Neuro Medsurg / Tele
E/O weekend and Holiday rotation, voluntary call
Scope of role :
Higher med-surg acuity with diagnoses of stroke, seizures, post op neuro surgeries, level 2 trauma patients and level 1 trauma post-ICU care,and other diagnoses like DKA, renal failure, and general post op care
Skills required:
Expertise in neuro assessments, critical thinking skills, drain management and post-surgical care, chest tube, groin site management post IR
