12 E Pay Rate: $1780.04 - $1961.68

• 396 bed tertiary care facility located in Indiana's second-largest city. Fort Wayne is a three-time All American City Award winner, consistently cited for high quality of life, low cost of living and warm Hoosier Hospitality.
  
  - Build your resume at our Level 2 Adult & Pediatric Trauma center, northern Indiana's only heart and kidney transplant programs, an accredited bariatric surgery center, an accredited and commended community hospital cancer care program and a certified primary stroke center. Years of experience required: 3 years of ICU RN experience or more. Patient ratio: 2:1-Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1:1 care, we do a 3:1 ratio on some of our more stable patients.
  
  This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.
  
  Required skills:
  
  Candidates must have a background with proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients. Floating: yes required Dept Scrub Color:

  Cerner

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ICU

Experience:

3 years

Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)

Certifications:

ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale

SSN Required

DOB Required

References: 1 Reference in entire work history

50 mile radius rule

This 396-bed tertiary care facility, features Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers and an accredited cancer care program. In addition, this facility has achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices and was the first hospital in northern Indiana to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
