• Setting: 25‑bed Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit
• Facility Size: 131‑bed hospital
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Average Daily Census: 25 patients
• Floating:
  Not required
• Blocked scheduling:
  Not available
• RTO:
  Must be approved by facility

• Active Indiana RN license
• BLS & ACLS certifications – Required
• 2+ years of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

• Telemetry interpretation
• NG tube anchoring and management
• IV and Foley catheter insertion
• Drain and colostomy management

• Continuous bladder irrigation
• Chest tube management
• Wound vacs

• Competitive $48/hour pay rate
