Lutheran Life Villages - Village at Pine Valley Assisted Living is looking for caring and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our community! Pine Valley Assisted Living is an Agency Free facility!

Lutheran Life Villages has industry leading pay for nursing professionals. Join our team! LPN pay starting from $30.50 an hour.

Part-time ONLY available for days, evenings, and nights!

Available shifts:

In-House Pool (IHP): flexible schedule. IHP staff must work a minimum of 16 hours per month and work 1 major holiday.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Qualifications

Education/Training/Licensure

  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Currently licensed with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Experience

Must be able to:

  • Suggest changes for improvements in resident care.
  • Set priorities and organize assigned unit workflow.
  • Make decisions necessary to maintain efficient assigned unit functioning.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain good working relations with personnel in all facility departments, other health-related individuals, and community agency personnel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong, verbal, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Understanding or the concepts of aging and the needs and concerns of the elderly.
  • A team orientation.
  • Basic computer experience.
