As an LPN/RN, you will develop meaningful relationships and promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of our residents.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
