Behavioral Health Med​/Surg Flex RN

Registered Nurse – Centralized Registry/Float

Location: Parkview Hospital - Randallia, Fort Wayne, IN

Employment Type: Part-Time, Benefit Eligible - 7:00am-7:30pm - Days

PBH/MS Flex Team members will float between Med Surg units at Parkview Randallia and be cross‑trained and float to all PBH campuses. Patient acuity levels will vary. Flex Team members receive $8.00 premium pay on top of base rate and any shift differential as well.

This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus.

• Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
