Registered Nurse (RN) – Full‑time, Day Shift Available!

Englewood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to the high‑quality care of residents. This full‑time position is available on day shift and located in Fort Wayne, IN.

• Administer comprehensive care to residents, ensuring health, safety and comfort
• Develop, implement and revise resident care plans in accordance with facility policies
• Document assessments and progress, complete shift reports, medication counts, and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team to maintain residents’ physical and mental well‑being
• Provide emotional support and address resident or visitor concerns, complaints, or incidents

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid RN license in Indiana
• Understanding of safe and effective nursing practices under state regulations
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, faxing, copying machines)
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and tolerance for teamwork
• Integrity, discretion, and adherence to HIPAA and corporate compliance rules
