Job Highlights
USAP Indiana is looking to hire a CRNA to join our team of 6 providers at Kosciusko Community Hospital and be a part of our group of nearly 100 CRNAs and Physicians. This position will also help cover a new Orthopedic Outpatient Surgery Center in Warsaw. Our group offers a unique independent practice and a collaborative working relationship between CRNAs and Anesthesiologists.
3 week rotating schedule: 1 week of call (rotating between OR call and OB call), 1 week of 8 hour shifts, and then a week off. Call is taken in pairs of two, so one provider will take OR call and the other OB call.
About Kosciusko Community Hospital:
Located 30 miles west of Fort Wayne in Warsaw, Indiana. 72 bed hospital with 3 ORs, 1 C-Section room, and 2 Endo suites. Fort Wayne is the second largest city in the state of Indiana and is an ideal place to raise a family and call home! It is up and coming with new projects such as Electric Works, which is a one of a kind Union Street Market in the heart of the city!
