We are hiring for an Experienced Production Supervisor in Fort Wayne, IN
.
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating team activities, ensuring high-quality production standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, manufacturing experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Shift:
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday (3PM - 11PM)
- Coordinate with daily activities of production employees to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the quality system, ensuring compliance with customer standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in the production program, processes, and workflows.
- Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain acceptable production quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and general maintenance.
- Track employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Enforce departmental discipline and company policies.
- Maintain daily timekeeping and production performance records.
- Assist with process improvements and special projects.
- Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth operational transitions.
- Knowledge of machine set-up and production processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication abilities.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel for training, education, and customer/supplier visits.
- Strong attendance and reliability record.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and Kanban.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR minimum 4 - 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
