Position OverviewAs part of the talented Fort Wayne Operations, we continue to build the finest pontoons, steeped in a rich history of quality and innovation. Essential Functions- Work safely at all times and report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Engineering Prints.
- Visually inspect or audit units for quality and discuss issues with lead or supervisor to resolve problems.
- Use electric and pneumatic hand tools.
- Seek positive solutions to issues and problems.
- Complete work within takt time.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Maintain a high standard of conduct and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Wear required personal protective equipment.
- Flexible to work extended hours as needed.
- Experience with basic hand and small power tools.
- Ability to read a blueprint.
- Previous manufacturing or machinery experience preferred.
- Can communicate and work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $18 - $24 hourly. Actual base pay will vary based on experience and business needs.

Working ConditionsEmployees frequently stand, lift heavy objects (50–100 lbs), walk, push/pull, climb stairs, squat, kneel, use fine hand movements, and work both indoors and outdoors. The job may expose employees to extreme temperatures and requires vision capabilities such as close vision and peripheral vision.
