• Work safely at all times and report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
• Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Engineering Prints.
• Visually inspect or audit units for quality and discuss issues with lead or supervisor to resolve problems.
• Use electric and pneumatic hand tools.
• Seek positive solutions to issues and problems.
• Complete work within takt time.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Wear required personal protective equipment.
• Flexible to work extended hours as needed.
• Experience with basic hand and small power tools.
• Ability to read a blueprint.
• Previous manufacturing or machinery experience preferred.
• Can communicate and work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18 - $24 hourly. Actual base pay will vary based on experience and business needs.
