We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Plug Pack Assembler. In this role, you will assist in the assembly of marine packs and related components, following detailed instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

• Assemble marine packs and sub‑assemblies using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or assembly instructions
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
• Ensure all parts are assembled according to company specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in inventory checks and material handling as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug screen
• Ability to speak and understand English
• No felonies in the past 5 years
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• No long fingernails
• No job hoppers
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Barcode experience helpful
