Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Parts Puller to join our hose and fitting shop team. This role is responsible for locating, gathering, and preparing parts for work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in support of assembly and customer orders.

1st- 8am-5pm Monday
- Friday Pay: $14.00

• Read and interpret work orders, pick tickets, or part lists to determine required items
• Locate and pull hose, fittings, adapters, and related components from inventory
• Label and stage parts for assembly or customer pickup/sh
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of parts bins and shop floor
• Assist with restocking and inventory management
• Notify supervisor of low stock or inventory discrepancies
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures
• Assist with basic shop tasks cleaning, unloading shipments)
• Some basic computer skills are needed as the employees check orders in the computer system, receive which items they need to pull for the order, sku numbers, etc.

• Experience with Picking/packing mostly small (2-5 pound parts) for orders
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of hose and fittings (a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependable and punctual

• Primarily in a shop/warehouse setting
• Standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
• May involve exposure to dust, lubricants, and moderate noise levels
