QC Tech

The QC Tech will be on the production floor checking each production line for quality issues and working with the quality manager on solving the quality issues.

Primary job functions include but are not limited to:

• Understand and follow Production Notes
• Ensure products and quality standards follow Production Notes
• Ensure paperwork has been verified and correct
• Identify and eliminate quality issues
• Perform Process Audits
• Ensure quality defects are contained, reported and eliminated in a timely manner
• Complete quality paperwork at beginning and end of each shift
• Complete all quality paperwork for every process
• Enter daily data into system
• Scan and organize all paperwork after each shift
• Assist in lab testing as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Good communication skills (must speak fluent English)
• Basic Math Skills
• Self-Directed

This position has a salary range of $19.00-$21.00 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location

Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2026. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
