The Role:

Are you a hands‑on problem solver who enjoys diving into the "why" behind a machine failure? As a Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility. We are looking for a technician who doesn’t just replace parts but uses deep diagnostic skills to ensure long‑term reliability.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Expert Troubleshooting:
  Locate and diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using meters, detailed prints, and schematics.
• Electrical Mastery:
  Repair and maintain high‑voltage systems (480V), motors, switches, and automated controls.
• PLC Diagnostic:
  Use PLC experience to identify issues and restore production (programming not required; ladder logic knowledge is a plus).
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Execute planned and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machinery.
• Safe Operations:
  Perform complex wiring and repairs in compliance with Arc Flash safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest improvements and reduce downtime.

High School/GED

• Experience:
  
  3‑5 years of industrial maintenance experience (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read/interpret prints and use precision‑measuring instruments.
• Safety Mindset:
  Prior Arc Flash and LOTO training is required.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong logical problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
