• At least two (2) years of experience sewing in a manufacturing or upholstery setting, including the ability to make minor repairs to the equipment
• Ability to encourage teamwork in a positive manner.
• Skill in mentoring and facilitating skill development with others.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding part specifications.
• Possess critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, and resourcefulness.
• Capable of driving cell productivity, quality, and safety.
• Flexible in moving across different equipment and departments.
