Due to continued growth, our client is seeking several talented Assistant Production Managers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Basepay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

- Verify accuracy of daily reports (product quantity, downtime, scrap)
- Drive process improvements
- Ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with all levels within the plant
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with assembly, CNC, or die casting (preferred)
- Hands‑on approach
