Maintenance Coordinator

Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive programs
• Use CMMS to track work orders, permits, and maintenance data
• Collaborate with technicians and production teams to solve problems
• Support outage planning and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or technical planning
• Strong electrical/mechanical know-how
• CMMS and predictive maintenance experience
• Project management and problem‑solving skills
