Role OverviewWe are looking for a Modernization Supervisor for our Indianapolis, IN site to manage local modernization operations.
Responsibilities- Lead a team on complex job sites, ensuring daily readiness.
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines as the top priority.
- Provide learning opportunities for the team.
- Effectively manage schedules and track overall performance.
- Collaborate with all organization levels to achieve business goals.
- Leverage new technologies.
If you answered yes to these questions, we have an amazing opportunity for you. As our Modernization Supervisor, you will review bid documents, survey job requirements on upcoming bids with salespeople, and ensure profitability while managing resources to drive success.
QualificationsYou should bring 2+ years of construction/service expertise and supervisory experience, ideally with a union‑represented workforce. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of financials.
CompensationAnnual Base Pay Range: $101,400 – $139,500. The compensation package depends on meeting role requirements and factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
