General Laborer

From commercial office space and manufacturing to multi-site retail portfolios, we manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for the nation’s leading organizations. We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self‑performed, site‑based operations to energy‑efficiency upgrades and supplier‑managed interior/exterior maintenance.

Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.

• Perform cleaning, trash pickup and removal of common areas, offices
• Cleaning sidewalks, walkways and parking lots
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting, material moves, landscaping, event setup/teardown, assisting Maintenance staff with various maintenance items)
• Assist with vendor coordination, email & WO system communication

• Education:
  
  HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc.
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Business
  
  Experience:
  
  prior years work/related experience
• 0-1 year related experience
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to read and write English
