Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Job SummaryPerform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Perform cleaning, trash pickup and removal of common areas, offices
- Cleaning sidewalks, walkways and parking lots
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting, material moves, landscaping, event setup/teardown, assisting Maintenance staff with various maintenance items)
- Assist with vendor coordination, email & WO system communication
- Education:
HS Diploma, Under/Graduate Degree, etc. - HS diploma or equivalent
- Business
Experience:
prior years work/related experience - 0-1 year related experience
- Licenses/Certifications:
Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus - Language
Skills:
Ability to read and write English

While performing the duty of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste or smell 100% of the time. Talk and hear 100% of the time. The employee must lift 10 to 50 pounds more than 1/3 of the time and no lifting of heavier pounds. No special vision requirements for this job.
