Overview
Terms of Employment This is a 12 month position and eligible for full benefits. Pay ranges from $19.16 - $24.43/hour. Hours are 3-11pm, with a shift differential of $.15. Hours may vary due to school activities, summer work or inclement weather. May require overtime.
Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds.
- Maintain equipment in functional condition.
- Provide cleaning and custodial assistance to students, teachers, visitors and others as necessary.
- Perform related duties and general maintenance work as required.
- Knowledge of cleaning and related custodial duties is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, machines, and equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, etc., is desirable.
- Must be able to lift, pull or push 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. A 50-pound lift test will be required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff and the general public.
- Must be able to get along with others in a team situation.
