• Perform general maintenance on a daily basis, responding to resident requests through the established work order program (repairing plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues).
• Conduct daily light bulb walk‑around inspections, ensuring all public area light bulbs are operational.
• Address HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment issues.
• Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas.
• Carry out daily and assigned painting projects for all common and office areas.

• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work preferred; familiarity with techniques for minor repair and maintenance of structural, electrical, plumbing, security, and heating & cooling systems required.
• Experience in building safety and hazard reduction is helpful.
