Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for our valued clients. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence in commercial cleaning.
Fort Wayne area
Monday - Friday with Friday having flexibility to be weekend optional cleans
5:30 pm - 9:00 range for initial start time
2-3 accounts close to each other per evening (same accounts each night)

- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies and break rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols for various facilities.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must pass background checks and adhere to company policies.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
