You can work an alternate schedule, only working 26 weeks/year, but getting paid for 52! This schedule runs 12 hours/day 7 days on and 7 days off, 7pm to 7am. If you’re looking for a great career with a dynamic company, join us at Buchanan.

• Track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided
• Order Entry;
  Imaging Paperwork
• Broker freight, when available
• Update Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment
• Update Customers with tracking information, when requested
• Communicate with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off
• Learn to bid freight directly with customers
• Work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report
• Other duties as assigned
