Res Care Community Living, an affiliate of Bright Spring Health Services, has five decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disability. We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in‑home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

• Perform preventive maintenance per the program.
• Assist with vehicle home or facility inspections as directed.
• Assist in pest control as required.
• Complete minor repairs such as patching holes, painting, repairs, furniture, doorknobs, locks, and clearing obstructions in drains and toilets; repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, small appliances.
• Replace light bulbs and cover plates.
• Assist with any vehicle repair.
• Make repairs as needed without instruction.
• Complete purchase orders ensuring receipt is obtained.
• Clear driveways and sidewalks of snow, using appropriate materials to safeguard against slipping on ice.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One‑year maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

USD $20.00 - $22.00 / Hour
