Lead a talented group of creatives, taking complicated and licensed IP and transferring it to new products to meet client demand. This is a leadership role collaborating with leadership and brand creatives to guide projects from concept to final products.

• Demonstrated portfolio with a creative IP focus
• Provide leadership—experience leading others, working with leadership, and partnering with brand creatives
• Organize and optimize processes, including restructuring teams as needed

• Strong portfolio focused on creative IP
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior leaders
• Ability to translate IP into tangible product concepts across licensing and brands
