Litigation Paralegal

Talis Group’s client is a large litigation law firm located in the Indianapolis area. They are hiring a Paralegal to support cases in Civil Defense Litigation, such as trucking accident litigation, premises liability, workers compensation defense and similar.

This position is full time, 100% remote, but requires the candidate to live within commutable distance for occasional in‑person meetings. • Medical records requests and summarization
• Electronic filings in federal and state courts
• Occasional legal facts and basic legal research
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, document preparation and scheduling.

• MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe software experience desired.
• At least 2–5 years of paralegal support in civil defense litigation.
• Previous experience with e‑filing, medical records requests or record summaries desired.
• Exceptional organizational skills, willingness to accept direction, follow procedures and work within a team are required.
