We are seeking a marketing savvy and technically capable Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the digital systems that support the company’s marketing and eCommerce revenue generation efforts.
The role focuses on maintaining reliable digital infrastructure, improving visibility into marketing performance, and ensuring that digital activity translates into measurable business outcomes. This is a hands‑on role responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s digital ecosystem, including websites, eCommerce solutions, CRM, and other connected tools.
This person ensures systems reliability and performance while maintaining scalable solutions with the goals of improving funnel and conversion visibility, ensuring accurate data, and delivering improved systems integration and workflow efficiency to support growth initiative execution.
Responsibilities include:- Website ownership including content management system oversight, page creation and maintenance, Word Press platform, theme and plug‑in management, structure and flow design, SEO optimization, page performance, and UX enhancements.
- eCommerce operations management including order tracking and resolution capabilities, and continuous improvement of user purchasing, payment, tracking, and fulfillment experience.
- Partner with sales leadership to manage and improve CRM structure, workflow, and automation.
- Drive end‑to‑end digital funnel tracking and visibility, through dashboard creation, data analysis, and process optimization to reduce conversion gaps and inform business decisions.
- Partner with IT and vendors to manage data flow between various platforms, identifying and resolving gaps and streamlining performance.
- Assess and employ AI technologies where appropriate to automate and optimize development and maintenance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Advanced degree/certifications a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in web‑based marketing operations with web management and production or digital experience optimization required.
- Demonstrated hands‑on Word Press development experience (desktop and mobile) including knowledge of HTML, CSS, eCommerce technologies, plug‑ins, theme creation and editing, SEO optimization, linking schemas, user experience (UX) design and optimization, and web analytics.
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM and ability to create dashboards and interpret performance data.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to synthesize new data and technologies, appropriately adopt and employ AI tools and best practices, and work cross‑functionally to continuously improve performance and scalability in a high growth environment.
