About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Fort Wayne, United States
. This is an on‑site position supporting mission‑critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.
$25-35/hr (USD hourly). Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after‑hours work may qualify for premium rates.

- Remote hands and smart hands services
- Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross‑connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
