Senior Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. This is a Hybrid work environment in Ft. Wayne, IN.

• Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
• Architect and implement secure network solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
• Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
• Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for critical network support.

• Security, Firewall, Network security, Information security, Network engineering, Routing, Cisco routers, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, SIEM, Fortinet

• Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise network engineering and cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with zero trust architecture and network segmentation is a plus.

Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $ - $/yr.
