Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and evolution of our enterprise network and cybersecurity infrastructure. This is a Hybrid work environment in Ft. Wayne, IN.
Top Skills Details- Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for network security operations.
- Architect and implement secure network solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Cloud CoE) to ensure secure solution design.
- Define and monitor KPIs for network security performance and incident response.
- Lead and document incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain and evolve network security policies, procedures, and runbooks.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for critical network support.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in enterprise network engineering and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with zero trust architecture and network segmentation is a plus.
Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.
