• Engage with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, pain points, and value drivers
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and architecture
• Design process-led solutions leveraging modern data, analytics, and AI capabilities
• Act as the primary interface between business users, data/engineering teams, and platform architects
• Drive innovation and thought leadership in the application of generative AI within the insurance industry

• Define the target state architecture across application, data, and integration layers
• Create logical and physical architecture diagrams aligning with enterprise standards
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, etc.) suited to business needs
• Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across all components of the solution
• Drive design reviews, ensure adherence to architecture governance, and manage technical risks
• Deep expertise in Generative AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) on AWS platform
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Strong knowledge of vector databases and vector search technologies
• Experience with knowledge graphs and graph-based AI applications
• Familiarity with AI agents and autonomous systems
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning techniques

• Lead and manage the Generative AI Center of Excellence program, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry standards
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, from conceptualization to implementation and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with delivery teams during build and implementation to ensure architectural integrity
• Define reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices for functional and technical integration
• Mentor cross-functional teams and contribute to building solutioning capability within the organization
• Exceptional client communication and relationship management abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences
• Provide regular project governance updates and strategic insights to client leadership

• Strong understanding of business processes across Insurance Domain
• Understanding of insurance business processes and workflows
• Knowledge of insurance data structures and regulatory requirements
• Experience applying AI solutions to insurance use cases (underwriting, claims, customer service)
• Awareness of industry-specific challenges and opportunities for GenAI adoption
• Experience in process mapping, value-stream design, and identifying automation or analytics opportunities.
• Proven ability to align business outcomes with technical enablers.

• Hands-on knowledge of modern cloud and data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in architecture tools (e.g., Archi Mate, Lucidchart, Power Designer, Visio)
• Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, data integration, and application design
• Exposure to data engineering, AI/ML pipelines, or BI/reporting architectures is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive consensus across business and technical teams
