Key Responsibilities Own the analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines and dashboards Build and maintain key performance metrics related to retention, churn, and engagement Identify data patterns and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Experience with subscription businesses and understanding of churn and retention metrics Comfortable with HIPAA-adjacent data handling practices
