Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Digital Banking team, setting performance objectives and fostering professional growth Develop and execute the digital banking strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise priorities Oversee the digital banking budget and manage strategic vendor relationships to ensure compliance and performance standards
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial technology leadership 3-5 years of direct people management experience, preferably leading leaders or cross-functional teams Experience managing vendor partnerships and overseeing complex digital programs Familiarity with digital banking platforms such as Tyfone, Zelle, Yodlee, or MX preferred
