Responsibilities
* Provide IT service desk support - Work with end users on service desk tickets
* Deploy and support new computer setups
* Troubleshoot software & hardware issues and document resolutions
* Create and maintain IT documentation
* Perform and document software and hardware inventory
* Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Desktop Central
Qualifications
* Candidate should be enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Information Systems or related field
* GPA of 2.7 or above
* Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management
* Strong comprehension skills
* Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
* Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
* Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
