Integration Support Specialist

TEKsystems currently has a 6 month contract-to-hire role as an Integration Support Specialist. The B2B Integration Support Specialist serves on a customer-centric first‑level IT support team, responsible for analyzing and resolving challenges with our Sterling Integrator application and end user communications.

• Implements Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for our customer.
• Interacts via telephone and email with departments, supplier's EDI and business staff contacts, software suppliers, and EDI Value Added Networks (VANs) to resolve EDI issues. Occasionally speaks with members who use the X12 format to help resolve their issues.
• Uses EDI translation software to monitor the daily processing of the EDI system and initiates the necessary actions to correct any EDI issues.
• Daily monitoring of EDI errors and working with EDI trading partners to troubleshoot and correct. Includes: checking invoice errors, recovering lost or rejected invoices, reviewing unacknowledged reports and resolving problems with lost or delayed transmissions, reviewing Advance Ship Notice error reports and working with trading partners, purchasing or the appropriate Retail Service Center to correct errors, and reviewing 864 (credit authorization) reports for errors, correcting them or contacting trading partners to resend.
• Monitors EDI translation and editor reports for all inbound and outbound transmission errors, determines causes of errors, and initiates corrective action.
• Uses all in‑house and third‑party tools to determine issues and errors.
• Reviews editor and translator errors for member purchase orders and invoices sent via EDI, contacting members to initiate corrective action.
• Loads and maintains trading partner profiles.
• Increases trading partner base.
• Works with user departments to identify and contact potential partners.
• Supports other corporate initiatives, including but not limited to Vendor Portal.
• Participates, as needed, in project meetings either as part of the team or in a consulting role.
• Facilitates enterprise data communications with business partners, including all member, vendor, Value Added Networks, financial, and Point of Sale communications as well as internal electronic communications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Fort Wayne, IN.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 28, 2026.
