Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).
Responsibilities- Clean assigned rooms in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, change linens, and restock paper and soap supplies.
- Strip checkout room linens/terry by noon daily.
- Assist in the laundry area if required.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Desire to reach perfection.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos.
- Availability to work weekends.
