• Remove/collect soiled linens from rooms and drop them in the laundry chute or deliver to the assigned area.
• Remove/collect trash from rooms and properly dispose of it according to procedures.
• Collect/empty trash from receptacles located throughout the hotel and in the outside areas.
• Inspect and clean guest common areas throughout the hotel.
• Assist laundry and room attendant with assigned job duties.
• Sweep and mop emergency stairwells, landings, railings, and exit doors; may also vacuum inside corridors if applicable.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fast and sound decision‑making ability.
• Desire to reach perfection and ability to read and understand instructions, correspondences, and memos.
• Availability to work weekends.
