RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 13-week assignment with immediate start

• Guaranteed hours: 72 bi-weekly or 96 bi-weekly (indicate preference)

• Maximum 3 days of requested time off allowed

• No call requirements

• Floating required to 5th floor or ED holding

• Block scheduling available as an option

• Patient ratio of 6:1 with Med Surg/Med Tele level 1:6 as highest acuity level

• Work on 26-bed unit

• 2 days of approved orientation

• Must have Indiana RN licensure

• ACLS and BLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• EMR system:
Cerner

• Dress code: blue scrubs

• Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted)

• Required to attach all licenses and certifications with submission

• Must include driver's license and permanent home address on submission
