Job Duties
- Overall management/oversight of entire MDS process
- Proactively monitor and develop methods to increase overall scores
- Use Quality Indicators effectively as a tool to address areas of concern by evaluation and initiation of policies, procedures, and programs
- Promote positive public relations for the organization
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills are crucial
- Assist, as needed, with medical records maintenance and retrieval
Education and Experience
- Graduation from a State accredited school of Professional Nursing with a current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Indiana (required)
- 1+ year’s experience with MDS reporting (required)
- 2+ years’ experience in a long-term care facility (preferred)
