Title: Respiratory Therapist – Fort Wayne, IN

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Call

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

• Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner: $23.36 – $35.04/hr
• Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner: $24.72 – $37.07/hr

Bonus/Relocation: Eligible for up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care across all patient populations. You will perform bedside diagnostics, maintain respiratory care plans, evaluate patients, and assist in training new staff. This role offers hands‑on experience and the opportunity to work in multiple hospital settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care for patients across all populations.
• Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as required.
• Review, maintain, and adjust respiratory care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care appropriately.
• Serve as a preceptor for students and new hires.
• Be available for on‑call assignments.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  .
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (
  RRT
  ) credential from NBRC.
• Current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Current BLS/CPR certification
  ; ACLS & NRP required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• PALS & STABLE certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  .
