Facility: Detox and Residential treatment facility at Avenues Recovery Center

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medication management).
• Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If you are in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
