Performs as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, in accordance with the Indiana Licensing Board. Provides a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. Develops and maintains consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and provides emergency services as required.

• Conduct assessments, provide psychotherapy, and offer counseling services to clients under the care of Parkview Behavioral Health Institute.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain consultative and liaison relationships with internal and external caregivers.
• Provide emergency services as required.

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related mental‑health field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Licensure and certifications must be kept current.
• Ability to bill independently for services rendered.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the mental‑health field.
• Flexible to work varied hours and days of the week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
