Full-Time or Part-Time | Indiana CNA Certification Required

Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in our Assisted Living community. Whether you’re helping with daily routines or offering encouragement that brightens someone’s day, your work will bring comfort, dignity, and purpose to every resident you serve.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Deliver respectful, resident-centered care that promotes independence
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report updates to nursing staff
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow caregivers to follow individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

• Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required)
• CPR certification preferred
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus (training available)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
