The therapist will play a pivotal role as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, providing a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families at the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. The role involves developing and maintaining consultative and liaison relationships with internal and external caregivers and providing emergency services as needed.

• Conduct assessments and provide psychotherapeutic and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Maintain consultative and liaison relationships with internal and external caregivers.
• Provide emergency services as required.

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or another related mental health field.
• Active Associate or Temporary License required; able to bill independently for services rendered and keep licensure and certifications current.
• Flexible working hours and days of the week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient with computer use.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and share lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to complete job duties autonomously and demonstrate leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze medical and social history information.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral; ability to positively influence others with respect and compassion.
• Ability to communicate, resolve conflict, and navigate ambiguity using structured problem‑solving techniques.
