Caseworker II – Parkview Health
Parkview Behavioral Health Institute invites applications for the Caseworker II position.
The Caseworker II provides monitoring and supportive intervention to child, adolescent, and adult clients.
Responsibilities include:
communicating progress, arranging transportation, responding to crisis calls, and collaborating with treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans via home visits, community liaison, and school system engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, human services, or related field.
- Valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of employment.
- At least one year of experience in a mental health environment.
Associate – Full‑time
Location: Fort Wayne, IN |
Pay: $46,500.00 – $51,500.00 per year
