Position Overview
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant PRN dietitian to join our team. The role serves an acute care facility located in Fort Wayne, IN for 8‑40 hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications- Acute care experience
- Familiar with Cerner EMR
- Active Indiana licensure (RD)
- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
