Life Enrichment Specialist

We have a blast here at Byron! It’s not just bingo. We love people who are creative, independent yet enjoy connecting with a team. We are looking for a part‑time Life Enrichment Specialist who can be flexible, engaging with our residents and willing to work one evening a week and a weekend rotation.

• Help plan and organize parties, activities and promote a healthy lifestyle for our residents.
• Road trips to the Zoo, Tin Caps games, festivals, parks and restaurants.
• Enjoy a meaningful day of motivating and serving residents from a diverse and multi‑generational population.
• Encourage residents to participate and engage in recreational activities, games, crafts, spiritual activities, parties and much more.
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining care plans and assessments.

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must possess a VALID Indiana State Drivers License and have a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
