Licensed Therapist - Outpatient Addiction Services

The Therapist I provides direct clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team, focusing on psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, psycho-educational training, discharge planning, and program development.

• Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, with at least one year of therapy experience across all age groups.
• Must hold or be eligible for state or national licensure, and have CPR and de-escalation training.

Essential duties include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, participating in team planning, maintaining clinical documentation, and providing crisis intervention and resource linkage.
